August Client Spotlight - David L.

This is David Looper’s 30-year anniversary at The Creative Center. He is one of the longest standing members and enjoys being creative everyday. Dancing is one of David’s passions at The Creative Center and he loves to celebrate life through dance. He has been part of the performance group, The Blues Brothers, and has competed in many Lip Sync competitions. He has been involved in several performances throughout the years, one in particular being about his own adventures in life called, “David’s Discovery” which was distributed worldwide. David loves being part of The Creative Center family he says it, “Makes me feel great inside. I like to draw everyday. I love it here. I love my friends and teachers. I feel it in my heart.”

David not only enjoys dancing and performing, but he also loves to play bowling games on the computer in the tech room. He likes to practice on the computer to improve his game on the lanes at AMF Visalia Lanes, where he is part of the Visalia Finest bowling league. He also enjoys competing in the Special Olympics every year and was excited this year to bring home a gold metal in the softball throw and a silver metal in the running long jump. David wants everyone to know that, “I enjoy my life and I love The Creative Center!”
